Manga Calendar – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Manga Calendar app (“App”, “Service”) operated by [William Brand] (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use Manga Calendar solely for personal, non-commercial purposes to track upcoming manga release dates. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Manga Calendar offers optional in-app purchases (IAPs) to access premium features, including access to the Favorites tab and calendar integration.

  • Subscriptions are managed via Apple’s App Store
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings

We do not process or store any payment information ourselves.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, brand names, and content appearing in the App, unless otherwise noted, are the property of their respective owners.

4. Manga Cover Images – Disclaimer

Manga Calendar is an unofficial app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manga publishers, authors, or rights holders.

Copyright Disclaimer:
All manga cover images and related metadata are the property of their respective copyright owners.
These materials are used strictly for informational and reference purposes (e.g., volume tracking, release dates) and in accordance with the principles of fair use.
No manga content is hosted or distributed through the app.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the app (e.g., subscription status and support inquiries). Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

  • Use the app only as intended and in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not distribute, copy, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app or its content
  • Not misuse the app for any unauthorized commercial purpose

7. No Warranty
