So, have you made any resolutions this year? I'm vowing to make Manga Calendar a better resource for Manga Lovers in the coming year. I've already made a head start by updating the calendar to 368 Manga and Manhwa series, and I plan to add hundreds more before I'm done. I've also made a lot of tweaks to the site's design to make it more usable. Hope you all enjoy it.

Del Rey announced their street dates a couple weeks back and I have finnally gotten around to adding them to the calendar.

It's been a long time coming, but I've finally updated the calendar! (Pats self on back.) All TokyoPop titles are now listed.
The day job has been very demanding lately, and the number of comics being published is climbing every month. It soon became obvious that my manual data entry process wasn't going to cut it.
But I'm a programmer, and our motto is "Make the computer do it." So after a few late nights, I now have a much simpler way of updating MangaCalendar.
Over the next couple of weeks, I plan on updating the listings from other publishers. By the new year, I hope to have Manga Calendar completely current.
As always, I welcome your feedback on the site. I'm also planning on adding new features to the site, so I'm on the lookout for suggestions.

I've been a bit quiet the past few weeks, but that doesn't mean I haven't been busy. I've just finished Manga Calendar's latest feature, del.icio.us intergration. Now you can add links to book descriptions via the bookmarking site with the funny name.
If you're already using del.icio.us to track your links, all you have to do is use the tag for:mangacalendar to add the link to Manga Calendar's del.icio.us account. For examples on how this all works out, see the entries for Negima, Boogiepop and Tramps Like Us.

Just found a bunch of bad links for the Viz titles (I think their webmaster made some changes), and spent some time tonight updating them. While I was at it, I also updated a lot of release dates, so my Viz info is now current. Next I plan to update some other publishers.
If you catch any mistakes, or know of any comic that should be added to the calendar let me know.

Thanks to Amazon, I've been able to get street dates for books from ADV and Del Ray. Still not the complete information I was looking for, but I have been able to fill in a lot of gaps.
For the time being, I'm going to focus on giving Manga Calendar a more complete listing.

Hi, and thanks to all who have dropped by and visited, especially those of you who have given me your feedback. It has been really useful in planning future features for Manga Calendar.
So far, the most asked for features have been RSS feeds and user ratings of books. I'm also looking into personalized lists of books, so that you don't have to read a big long list to find the books your interested in.
I'm also busy adding more publishers to Manga Calendar. Though I've had a tough time finding information on ADV's planned releases. If anyone has info on ADV, or any other publisher I might have missed, please let me know.
